Today, WIND Mobile is celebrating its official network launch in Barrie, Ontario with an in-store event at its Georgian Mall location.
Residents are invited to join in the celebrations and walk away with some great prizes. Between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. the first 20 people in line will receive a brand new LG Optimus 2X and a complimentary month of WIND Mobile service, while all attendees will be able to purchase a smart phone from as little as $0 with no term contract and sign up for an unlimited data, text and local talk plan for just $29 a month.

WIND Mobile Chairman and CEO Anthony Lacavera will be at the WIND Mobile store in Georgian Mall at 509 Bayfield Street in Barrie for the official launch event today and will be presenting a representative from the YMCA with the grant cheque at noon.
