Fresh from our network expansions and launches in Niagara Region, Cambridge and Abbotsford, we’re proud to announce that WIND coverage is now available in London, ON’s city centre. To launch in three new markets only three weeks apart is just one of the ways we’re showing you how serious we are about changing Canadian wireless for the better.
To celebrate we’re holding a special event at our store in White Oaks Mall TODAY starting at 11 a.m.. Tony will be there with a special announcement, and we’ll have contract-free BlackBerry Torch 9810’s at the killer price of $0 for the first 20 people to set foot in the store. That’s right, get one of the year’s top smartphones for free, just in time to be the perfect gift for your favourite touch screen-tapping, QWERTY-addicted technophile.
What: London City Centre Launch
Who: Tony, you and the WIND Crew
Where: White Oaks Mall
When: Tuesday, December 13, 2011 (that’s today) at 11 a.m. (but get there early if you want to snap up a $0 BlackBerry Torch 9810)
For those asking about coverage expanding to their cities – we hear you. Thank you for your enthusiasm for WIND. We love coming to new markets and look forward to our next network expansion. Remember to keep checking our coverage map for updates.

When will you be going down to the Chatham-Kent area and Windsor area. My parents live down there and I would love to get them phones from you rather than anyone else as your plans are the best out there. I have the Holiday plan for $40.00 and it would be the best for them right now. Thanks!
TekSavvy and WIND would make a perfect pair!
I agree – I’ve got Wind & TekSavvy and couldn’t be happier.
And, I don’t send a single penny to Rogers, Bell, or, Telus. Shaw makes some money off of my TekSavvy cable internet, but a lot less than when I paid them for internet & basic cable.
Now… Cambridge needs another tower in the Preston area for my next visit back there.
WIND has announced in a press release that they will be expanding to Windsor, Barrie, Peterborough, Belleville, Kingston, Victoria, Regina, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and Halifax next year. (and surrounding areas)
Oh, I forgot about Mission as well…
next year
I have applied for the Associate position for London! I am really hoping I get a chance to work for Wind. It would be such an honor and pleasure to work for the best Mobile Telecommunications company in the world.
Go Wind Go!
Nobody cares about london. When are you going to start handing out 705 barrie numbers???!?!?!
Hi i am interested in using wind but i am tied up with Telus! I cant stand there coverage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you help me?
When Brantford be covered ?
Why do your SIM Cards cost so much?
Rogers, Bell and Telus sell them for just $10.
You are selling them for $25?
I bet it costs less than 1 dollar for manufacturing a SIM card.
You know, with the incredible plans and value you get every month at Wind, I could care less if a sim card cost $100. Geez.
I am highly looking forward to the Windsor launch and am eagerly waiting to cancel my useless Telus service
When are you coming to Brantford?
